Vocational Training Center and Arogya Sandhan Perfume Academy has been established during the Lockdown to train the jobless people on the one hand and another group of people who can enhance the quality of their house hold products. Here we have uploaded more than fifty (50) videos narrating the manufacturing process of many house hold products.
People who are interested to know more and enhance their knowledge in formulation of perfume and house hold products. They can go through these training videos available in this sight on payment of very small amount. This amount is not a personal income of the principle of VTC and ASPA Mr. Niranjan Biswas and intending trainee will directly credit to ASCT account so that these fees will be utilized for mentally challenged persons of home.
Background of VTC:
In 2019 in order to optimize the talent of mentally challenged children, Mr. Biswas introduced Vocational training on 7th August 2019 and a training video was released in the Youtube on the same. After few months lockdown was clamped. During the lockdown, Arogya Sandhan organized distribution of food among the Covid affected people and after one month, opened 5 community kitchens at different places. Many people became jobless. These situations induced Mr. Biswas to go on for more and more training so that this jobless people with meager amount of capital can do business and training programme was started at free of cost. But attendance at free training sessions was very poor. Then a system of collection of small amount of fees for training was introduced. Hundreds of people from all over India, Bangladesh, Pakistan and other countries visit the Youtube videos at started their small business on household products. Slowly number of training videos was increased and residential perfumer course started. Perfumer course became very popular. At the beginning perfumer course was for two days residential training and now it is five days residential course.
