About Arogya Sandhan Perfume Academy and Vocational Training Center
The Arogya Sandhan Perfume Academy (ASPA) and Vocational Training Center (VTC) were established during the COVID-19 lockdown with a dual purpose: to empower unemployed individuals with skill-based learning and to help others improve the quality of their homemade household products.
As part of this mission, the Academy has developed and uploaded over 50 instructional videos that detail the manufacturing processes of a wide range of household and fragrance products. These resources are designed for individuals who are keen to deepen their understanding of perfume formulation and product development through a Perfume Online Course format.
The Access to these training videos is available for a nominal fee, which is not a personal income for Mr. Niranjan Biswas, Principal of ASPA and VTC. Instead, all payments are to be made directly to the Arogya Sandhan Charitable Trust (ASCT). The collected funds are entirely used for the welfare of mentally challenged residents at the Arogya Sandhan Dream Home.
Learners not only gain valuable vocational skills but also become part of a compassionate initiative that uplifts differently-abled lives through sustainable support.

Arogya Sandhan Launches XII Perfumer Online Course to Empower Aspiring Perfumers While Supporting Differently-Abled Residents
Kolkata, India – July 17, 2025
Arogya Sandhan Perfume Academy, a division of Arogya Sandhan Charitable Trust, is
pleased to announce the launch of its XII Perfumer Online Course—a comprehensive, 6-
month training program crafted for individuals passionate about the art and science of
perfumery. This initiative also supports the ongoing care of differently-abled residents at
the Trust’s Dream Home facility.
The course will be conducted online via Google Meet or any other suitable platform, offering
flexible and accessible learning for participants across India.
Course Overview:
• Duration: 6 months
• Schedule: 2 classes per month
• Class Duration: 3–4 hours
• Total Classes: 12
Curriculum Includes:
• Fundamentals of fragrance formulation
• Understanding of top, middle, and base notes
• Applications and properties of essential oils, synthetic chemicals, resinoids, aldehydes,
and blenders
• Accord creation and their integration into full formulations
• Perfume formulation for household products, including live practical demonstrations
Course Fee:
₹12,000/- (All fees are to be paid to Arogya Sandhan Charitable Trust. Proceeds will
directly support the welfare of Vicky, Bittu, Umesh, Mukesh—four orphaned, mentally
challenged individuals residing at our Dream Home, the Arogya Sandhan Residential Care
Home for Differently-Abled Persons, Arapanch, Sonarpur.)
